Talk about an oops! My friend and I came up with several fun stories to explain why this fire hydrant was toppled over in the street. It literally had just been snapped off its cement anchor. Thankfully, it didn't destroy the seal which keeps the water shut off.

If I may, it is concrete anchor, not cement... Pet Peeve, sorry. Cement is an ingredient in concrete and not very useful without the rocks, sand and water that goes into concrete. I digress...
