I remember stopping at a Waffle House driving home to Wisconsin from New Orleans. Seems they had malted waffles? Or maybe I'm imagining that! It was a looong time ago.
Your blue sky backing the sign really catches the eye. Yummm...I love waffles.
I've never been to a Waffle House but have lately seen them referred to in books that are set in the south. Nice to see the sign!
