Today I made a Chocolate Fudge Cheesecake. This particular recipe calls for a pistachio crust. To do that, you need chopped pistachios. Unfortunately, my handy little chopper has grown legs and walked out of my house. I searched high and low for it today.
After chopping two cups worth of these suckers, I had the most fervent desire for my chopper! This took forever!
This is the nearly finished cheesecake. It just needs the final layer of batter and then to bake!
